After 4 Years of "Static," I Finally Found the Off-Switch.

The simple evening ritual that silenced the ringing and gave me my life back.

It started as a faint hiss, like a leaky pipe somewhere in the walls. 

I didn’t think much of it until the sun went down.

In the silence of my bedroom, that hiss turned into a piercing, 

high-pitched screech. It felt like a teakettle was permanently boiling inside my skull.
